PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

MIW  at&t Wireless

Redmond Washington

Systems Analyst

September 2007-Present

I worked on a team of five to test MIPS+ (Mobile Integration Provisioning System).  Testing of MIPS+ used my knowledge of LDAP, TCP/IP, SNMP and cellular networks.  During this six month contract we validated the system to meet the telecom standard five 9’s level of reliability and will be handing MIPS+ over to the national operations group to be implemented into the nation wide at&t cellular network.  I contributed in finding flaws in the implementation of SNMP that could have flooded the monitoring system with traps during system outages.
